Aaron founded ARG Innovation in 2020 with a simple premise: multifamily real estate performs best when the operator actually understands the market, not just the deal.
Based in Overland Park, Kansas, Aaron built ARG Innovation to focus on Midwest markets he can stay close to, from underwriting through day-to-day operations. That proximity, not scale for its own sake, is the foundation of how ARG Innovation invests.
For investors, that translates into direct access. There is no call center and no layer of investor relations staff between you and the person making decisions on the asset.
